- 1 pound ground chicken

- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for heat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in tomato paste and chicken broth to keep the meat moist.
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Sprinkle seasoning over the chicken and stir well.
- Add a splash more broth if needed, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve in tortillas or use in bowls, nachos, or casseroles.
