Ingredients
2 cups cooked corned beef, sliced or shredded
1 tbsp oil
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lime
6 small corn tortillas
Salt to taste
Optional: sliced onions, hot sauce, cheese
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add corned beef and cook until edges are crisp.
3. In a bowl, mix cabbage with a pinch of salt and lime juice.
4. Combine sour cream and mustard in a separate bowl to make sauce.
5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
6. Assemble tacos with beef, slaw, sauce, and optional toppings.
